Description

One-Pan White Cheddar Ranch Sausage Magic Pasta is a creamy, cheesy, and comforting skillet meal loaded with smoky sausage, ranch flavor, and tender pasta in a rich sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage slices and brown until golden on both sides, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and milk, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Stir in ranch seasoning and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add rotini pasta, making sure it is mostly submerged. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente (12–15 minutes).
  7. Lower heat and stir in shredded white cheddar until smooth and creamy.
  8. Fold in spinach and roasted red peppers, allowing spinach to wilt.
  9. Return sausage to the pan and mix everything together.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
