Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. Cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt; mix until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden; cookies will be pale on top.
