Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 7 oz pepper jelly


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish, smooth the surface, and bake for 15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  4. Melt pepper jelly in microwave-safe container, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted pepper jelly over hot cheese dip, spreading evenly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced bread.
