Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7 oz pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish, smooth the surface, and bake for 15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Melt pepper jelly in microwave-safe container, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted pepper jelly over hot cheese dip, spreading evenly.
- Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced bread.
