Description

Rice Krispie Cheddar Crackers are crispy, cheesy, and perfectly snackable treats made with melted cheddar, Parmesan, butter, and crunchy Rice Krispies.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool completely, then break into cracker-sized pieces and serve.
