Description
Rice Krispie Cheddar Crackers are crispy, cheesy, and perfectly snackable treats made with melted cheddar, Parmesan, butter, and crunchy Rice Krispies.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Press mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely, then break into cracker-sized pieces and serve.

- Use unsalted butter for balanced flavor.
