Description

Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake is a quick, flavorful, and cheesy one-pan meal featuring roasted broccoli, chicken sausage, and tender tortellini baked together with parmesan until golden and crispy. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs fresh broccoli florets (cut 1.5-inch pieces)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 11 oz chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat & Roast Broccoli: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli with garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 10 minutes.
  2. Increase Heat: Raise oven to 450°F.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine roasted broccoli, sausage, frozen tortellini, remaining olive oil, and 1/2 cup parmesan.
  4. Bake: Spread mixture on sheet pan and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Finish: Add remaining parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Add a splash of water if tortellini looks dry while baking.
  • Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Great with extra chili flakes for heat.
