Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake is a quick, flavorful, and cheesy one-pan meal featuring roasted broccoli, chicken sausage, and tender tortellini baked together with parmesan until golden and crispy. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs fresh broccoli florets (cut 1.5-inch pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 11 oz chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
- 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Roast Broccoli: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss broccoli with garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 10 minutes.
- Increase Heat: Raise oven to 450°F.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine roasted broccoli, sausage, frozen tortellini, remaining olive oil, and 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Bake: Spread mixture on sheet pan and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Finish: Add remaining parmesan before serving.
Notes
- Add a splash of water if tortellini looks dry while baking.
- Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Great with extra chili flakes for heat.
