Description
Quick and crispy sheet pan tacos that are easy to make and perfect for weeknight dinners. Filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 6 6-inch tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning, or more to taste
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, more to taste
- For serving: salsa or pico de gallo, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain fat and add taco seasoning and salsa. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Spray or brush tortillas with olive oil and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup taco meat and 1 tbsp cheese. Fold tortillas in half.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip with a spatula, then bake another 5-10 minutes until crispy. Optionally add extra cheese after flipping for the last 5 minutes.
Notes
- Use corn or flour tortillas based on preference.
- Serve with salsa, pico de gallo, or sour cream for extra flavor.
