- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 slices American cheese
- Big Mac Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp white pepper (optional)
- Assembly:
- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely diced white onion
- Dill pickle slices

Instructions
- Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
- Prep the Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla 1-2 minutes per side until lightly charred and puffed. Set aside.
- Cook the Smashburgers: Divide beef into 4 balls (~4 oz each). Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high. Place beef ball and press down firmly (¼ inch thick). Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook 2 minutes, flip, top with cheese, cook 1-2 more minutes until crispy and melted.
- Assemble Tacos: Spread Big Mac sauce on tortillas. Add lettuce, diced onion, pickle slices, and smashburger patty. Fold taco or wrap style.
- Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use parchment paper when smashing patties to prevent sticking.
