  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red chili flakes. Set aside.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic: Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
