- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

- Pour in chicken broth and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. Cook 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
