Description

Sticky Pineapple-Teriyaki Chicken Wings are sweet, tangy, and perfectly glazed wings baked until crispy and coated in a rich tropical teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place chicken wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  5. Brush sauce over wings and bake for another 15 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
