Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz penne or linguine pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and chicken; add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
