Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8 oz penne or linguine pasta
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and optional red pepper flakes; cook until golden brown.
- Add soy sauce and honey to the skillet; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and chicken; add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired, then serve hot.
