- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5–6 drops red food color gel

- 16.5 ounces Strawberry Supreme cake mix
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
- Cheesecake Layer
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Cookie Crumbs: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide crushed cookies into two bowls.
- Mix one bowl with dry strawberry gelatin powder.
- Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter into plain crumbs and mix.
- Add food coloring to remaining butter, stir, then mix into gelatin crumbs.
- Sprinkle both crumb mixtures evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes and let cool completely while preparing remaining layers.
