Ingredients
- 1 baked vanilla cake layer, crumbled
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- Pink food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Pink sanding sugar (optional)
- Heart-shaped decorations (optional)
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Divide mixture in half; add strawberry puree to one half for strawberry cream.
- Crumble vanilla cake.
- Layer cake crumbs, strawberry cream, strawberries, and vanilla cream in dessert cups.
- Repeat layers as desired.
- Pipe a swirl of strawberry cream on top.
- Garnish with sanding sugar or decorations.
- Chill before serving.
