Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado slices, fresh herbs, lime juice


Instructions

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through (165°F).
  2. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  3. Toss sliced chicken with sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Prepare vegetables by slicing cucumber, bell pepper, and carrot into thin strips.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
  6. Assemble wraps with chicken, veggies, and optional toppings.
  7. Fold sides in, roll tightly, and slice in half diagonally.
