Ingredients

Chicken

  • 8 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Sticky Glaze

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and season with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry chicken skin-side down for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  5. Baste chicken with glaze multiple times during cooking.
  6. Cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  8. Let rest briefly, then serve.
