Description

Thin Mint Ritz Crackers are a delicious sweet treat that combines the classic flavors of mint and chocolate with a crunchy cracker texture.


Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (283 g) Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips
  • 2 sleeves (60 to 64 pieces) Ritz crackers
  • Optional Toppings: Sprinkles, Crushed candy cane, Decorative sugar, Crushed peanuts, Flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Line a large cutting board or several plates with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Submerge a single Ritz cracker fully into melted chocolate using a fork. Lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place on parchment.
  4. Repeat with remaining crackers.
  5. If using, sprinkle desired toppings over chocolate before it sets.
  6. Allow chocolate-coated crackers to harden at room temperature for at least 40 minutes, or refrigerate to speed setting.
  7. Store finished crackers in an airtight container at cool room temperature up to 5 days, or refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
