Thin Mint Ritz Crackers are a delicious sweet treat that combines the classic flavors of mint and chocolate with a crunchy cracker texture.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces (283 g) Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips
- 2 sleeves (60 to 64 pieces) Ritz crackers
- Optional Toppings: Sprinkles, Crushed candy cane, Decorative sugar, Crushed peanuts, Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a large cutting board or several plates with parchment paper.
- Microwave Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Submerge a single Ritz cracker fully into melted chocolate using a fork. Lift and allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place on parchment.
- Repeat with remaining crackers.
- If using, sprinkle desired toppings over chocolate before it sets.
- Allow chocolate-coated crackers to harden at room temperature for at least 40 minutes, or refrigerate to speed setting.
- Store finished crackers in an airtight container at cool room temperature up to 5 days, or refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
