Description
Tortilla Pizza Rolls are a quick, cheesy, and customizable snack or meal. Soft tortillas are stuffed with melty cheese, savory sauce, and your favorite toppings, then rolled and baked to golden perfection. Great for lunchboxes, game days, or a fun dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Β½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1β1Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Β½ cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage (optional)
- Β½ cup diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray or drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 2β3 tbsp pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella, add toppings, and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Lightly brush or spray rolls with olive oil. Bake 12β15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice into 2β3 pieces per roll if desired. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier version.
- Add garlic powder or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
