Description

A bold triple-layer pizza combining classic cheeseburger flavors with a cheesy stuffed crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain grease.
  3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough. Add cheddar to edges and fold to form stuffed crust.
  5. Spread sauce, add beef mixture, then mozzarella and pepper jack.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with dough and stuffed edges.
  7. Brush with butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

  • Let cool before slicing to prevent cheese spills.
