A bold triple-layer pizza combining classic cheeseburger flavors with a cheesy stuffed crust.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain grease.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Cook 2–3 minutes.
- Roll out dough. Add cheddar to edges and fold to form stuffed crust.
- Spread sauce, add beef mixture, then mozzarella and pepper jack.
- Repeat layers, finishing with dough and stuffed edges.
- Brush with butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Let cool before slicing to prevent cheese spills.
