Description

A delightful tuna salad recipe with shrimp and garlic butter, perfect for a fresh twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna, drained well
  • ½ pound Shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked shrimp and coat with garlic butter; cook 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp and cool slightly, then chop.
  5. In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
  6. Stir in chopped shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve chilled over lettuce or with crackers.
