A delightful tuna salad recipe with shrimp and garlic butter, perfect for a fresh twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna, drained well
- ½ pound Shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, fresh
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cooked shrimp and coat with garlic butter; cook 2–3 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and cool slightly, then chop.
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
- Stir in chopped shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled over lettuce or with crackers.
