Ingredients
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 lb breakfast sausage links
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk)

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- Non-stick baking spray
Instructions
- Cook sausage links over medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Batter should be thick but pourable.
