Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas are delicious dessert rolls filled with a creamy strawberry cheesecake mixture, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a narrow border.
  4. Spoon strawberry pie filling into the center of each tortilla.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and position seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over each roll.
  7. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Let stand briefly before serving warm.
