Description

Our air-fryer doughnuts are tender, cinnamon-sugary treats that bake in no time. No proofing or messy frying required!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (16.3 ounces) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate biscuits and cut out centers using a 1-inch cutter; save centers.
  3. Place doughnuts in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and puffed, about 5 minutes, turning once.
  4. Cook doughnut holes in batches until golden brown, 3–4 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Mix melted butter and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  6. Brush doughnuts and doughnut holes with butter; toss in sugar mixture. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve immediately for best texture.
  • Use leftover dough centers for extra doughnut holes.
