Description
Our air-fryer doughnuts are tender, cinnamon-sugary treats that bake in no time. No proofing or messy frying required!
Ingredients
- 1 tube (16.3 ounces) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 count)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate biscuits and cut out centers using a 1-inch cutter; save centers.
- Place doughnuts in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and puffed, about 5 minutes, turning once.
- Cook doughnut holes in batches until golden brown, 3–4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Mix melted butter and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Brush doughnuts and doughnut holes with butter; toss in sugar mixture. Serve warm.
Notes
- Serve immediately for best texture.
- Use leftover dough centers for extra doughnut holes.
