Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1.5 oz pepperoni
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, marinara sauce, bell pepper, pepperoni, and seasoning blend. Stir until evenly mixed. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer mixture into an oven-safe bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and add extra pepperoni slices.
- Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.
- Switch to broiler on high and broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
