Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
  3. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
  6. Cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through and creamy.
  7. Serve warm with rice or bread.

Notes

  • Avoid overcooking chicken to keep it juicy.
