Description
A creamy and flavorful one-pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo Orzo loaded with tender chicken, bold spices, bell peppers, and spinach in a rich Parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in oil until golden and done. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté bell peppers, then add garlic.
- Stir in orzo and coat with mixture.
- Add chicken broth, simmer covered until orzo is tender.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan until creamy.
- Slice chicken and return to pot.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan.
Notes
- Add more broth if sauce becomes too thick.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for spice level.
