Description

Tender, juicy lobster tails broiled with a rich garlic herb butter. A quick 20-minute gourmet dinner that feels luxurious and tastes incredible.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil (500°F).
  2. Using kitchen shears, butterfly each lobster tail by cutting down the center top shell. Loosen and lift the meat so it sits on top of the shell. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
  4. Brush the garlic herb butter evenly over each lobster tail.
  5. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with extra melted butter.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, make sure not to overcook the lobster tails.
  • Pairs beautifully with steamed vegetables, rice, or pasta.
